How to keep your Wonderswan safe from scratches, dirt, and the occasional bear attack...

For my other portable systems, it was good enough to keep them wrapped up in a plastic bag to avoid scratches. That just won't cut it for the Wonderswan. I paid a lot for my little friend, the second most I've spent on any system. So I tried to think of something that would keep the thing safe.

I wanted some sort of foam pouch, but where the hell do you get foam? Eventually it occured to me as I was getting Mario Kart 64 out of its case. The little thing will fit in there! Now, ordinarily this would not be true, but one of the tabs was broken off of this particular case. It fits nicely with only about an inch to spare, and the buttons keep the screen from ever touching the case and getting hurt.

So anyway, now my expensive new toy will be safe:

A better solution I've discovered since making this page is a standard Game Boy Color carrier I found at Good Will.
