Nothing really on this floor. Just head up and watch out for ghosts.

Not much to this floor either, just head down.

Oh boy.

I can hardly contain my enthusiasm.

FLOOR 2b

Watch out for ghosts on this floor. Get all the chests, they have useful stuff.

Nice.

Watch out for the Water guarding this one.

Not bad.

Watch out, you'll fight Mummies and Birds in that left spot, and Water in that right spot.

This is nice, but it's not really worth keeping in most cases. The ProRing is a little better, and its ability doesn't work on the NES version.

Grrr.

Not bad. Watch out for the Grey Sharks on the way up to the next chests.

Also nice.

The Ribbon is just about the best piece of equipment there is. It counts as a helmet, and it protects against pretty much everything.

As before, you can see the Fiend's ball, the Altar of Water, and the teleporter.

Yes, I'm sure this will be a difficult fight. We are quite the foolhardy ones, ne?

Kraken isn't all that hard. If you happened to buy LAMP, this is probably the only place in the game you'd really need it, as Kraken's Ink attack can blind the whole party. Anywho, LIT3 and fighting should end his fun pretty quick.

Now that you beat Kraken you get a new weapon: the Bubble Lead. This handy device... Hey, wait a minute! How'd that get here!?

Step onto the teleporter to head on out.

Now you need to be visiting the Waterfall.
