Where you go now depends on where you've been.

On the regular path you're going to the Ice Cave Area.


Another option is the Castle of Ordeal Area if you haven't gone.

On my way you've already done that stuff so I guess you'd be heading to the Caravan.


If you like, you could go to Elfland visit 3, where an elf tells you basically the same thing as Mr Sleepy.
