Please include in your submission:
A: Title
B: Materials Used
C: Creation Date (if possible)
D: Comments/description (if needed)
E: Your name as you'd like it shown
F: Whether to link to your homepage, email address, both, or neither
Also, send your picture in a format I can use. JPG is the best, GIF & PNG are also acceptable. (I can take BMP if that's all you can do, but the other 3 are preferable.) If possible, put your picture in a ZIP or RAR file.
